                                            Diabetic Shoes

Medicare's Therapeutic Shoe Bill enables coverage (80% of costs) of Therapeutic shoes and insoles to eligible Medicare part B recpipients. Supplemental insurance may cover the remaining 20 percent of costs.  Medicare's intent is to reduce the incidents of Diabetic foot complications that can result in expensive hospitalizations. Many private insurances provide coverage for shoes and inserts also.

Our Therapeutic Shoe Program provides:
- One pair of extra-depth shoes (annually).
- Three pair of multi-density orthodic inserts (annually).
- Shoes properly fitted by a Certified Therapeutic Shoe Fitter.

Bring your prescription from your doctor to Tri State Medical, and we will work to obtain proper documentation, measure, fit, and supply you with the correct state-of-the-art footwear and accessories. Our staff and Certified Therapeutic Shoe Fitters will ensure that your therapeutic shoes are exactly right for you.
